Situation: A partner pinged me on Teams and asked if I could improve his diagram. He had 3 hours; could I do it?

Solution: On the surface, this was not complex. But it had to be entirely rebuilt as the information was a solid image. What helped is that I had built an extensive library of icons, created over the years, and a simple way to find what I needed. The remainder of the effort went smoothly. After it was complete,
I sent it to meet the deadline; then the additional step to animate the diagram to provide clarity and sustain engagement.
