Situation: For this task, there were three parts. I only needed to work on one of them, but I embraced the total challenge. Part 1, create a simple physician/patient diagram for rapid understanding.

Part 2, design a summary for a Graduate course.

Part 3, develop a detailed view into the Clinical Readiness Initiative.

Solutions: 

1: My focus here was on immediate simplicity for patient consumption, with a link to granular details. 

2: More sophisticated and in depth, as appropriate for higher-learning.

3. Far more intricate and detailed to show the Clinical Readiness Initiative system at work.
